Attention Parents: Capes should be enjoyed with adult supervision and are not meant for sleepwear. I recommend capes for children once they are sturdy on their feet.

    Ingredients to clean:
    All you need is a sink, water and a squirt of liquid soap. I have used liquid hand soap, shampoo or stain removal and they all work equally well. It takes minutes and super easy! 

    Steps:

    1. Close your Velcro closure so it doesn't snag your satin or felt fabric.

    2. Add a dab of liquid soap to the stained satin fabric.

    3. Wash your cape in a sink with the soapy water. Don’t be afraid to rub together the satin fabric.

    4. Rinse cape until the suds are gone.

    5. Hang up your cape to drip dry. I typically hang the cape over the shower head fixture to air dry.
